How do I put songs in my cellphone from my computer other than blue tooth?

This is the 1st time I'm having a cell phone in 7 years. Last time I had a cellphone was when I was 9 years old but then since I didn't go out much I was too lazy to take care of a phone. I didn't need it anyway but now I'm 16 and I go out more often. My dad bought a new phone so his old phone is mine already. My phone is a Nokia 6680. Please tell me how I can put songs on my phone other than blue tooth because we don't have that thing that you plug like a usb in your pc.
