How do i put in Coil Spring Boosters in my coils on my 95 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited?

i bout some coil spring boosters for my jeep n i cant wedge em in. i know how to put knuckle busters on. but i cant figure out how to nstall these. do they make a tool that can spead the coils out so i can pop them in? i bought them at 0'reillys
