How do I put custom ringtones on my iPhone?

Hi all, I have recently created custom ringtones using Mac's GarageBand. I imported those ringtones into my iTunes library and synched my iPhone. How do I get to these ringtones and be able to use them on my phone? I already tried going into "ringtones" on my phone and tried to find them under "iPod" but they are not showing up in either place.
Help!
