How do I put apps downloaded from my computer to my IPhone.?

I have a jailbroken 3g version 3.0. I downloaded them from the appulous website. www.appulo.us

I have a jailbroken 3g version 3.0. I downloaded them from the appulous website. www.appulo.us. i tried syncing them from itunes, but it deleted all my jailbroken apps from installous. pls help..
