How do I put a photo up on Facebook without having to make a photo album?

Like, I see some people just have "Photos of ______" there, then "______'s albums" below it.

How do I put photos of myself up without having to make a photo album?
 
try moving your mouse around the space where you profile picture would be on your profile -
it should have an option saying 'change profile picture'.
 
you cant. those pictures are in other people albums but that person was tagged in the picture so it comes up in ther photos but not in there album. so you cant upload pictures without creating an album. sorry :/

Photos of _____ refer to pictures that _____ has been tagged in,
if you want to put up a picture without making an album you can either put it into an old album or you will have to make it your profile picture which will put the picture into the profile picture album
