how do I program a new fob for my Honda CRV 'W' Reg(2000) key-less entry

transmitter programming? On the back of the fob it has the following information:-
Freq 433.9mhz G8D-4533H-A ETS 300 220

How do I know if this is the correct one? there seem to be alot of people selling these on ebay?
