...on my cabinets? After priming, I used Olympic Premium Kitchen and Bath. But the cabinets were previously stained, and I believe now the steam is going to do a number on the latex paint. I plan to use several coats of Minwax fast-drying polyurethane to seal the cabinets - will that be enough protection against the steam escaping from the bottom of the dishwasher? The dishwasher is new and the pressure and heat are just so great that it escapes from the bottom of both sides of the door. Should I get some sort of metal sheets as a barrier to place on both sides between the dishwasher and cabinets?
How do I prevent the steam that escapes from my dishwasher from melting the new paint...
