I got a new 10 g tank. I have a regular tetra and a sucker fish. So after 4 weeks of having the fish, the tetra died, because he got sucked into the vent of the water cleaner. I check the water and all of that stuff, feed them the right amount of food, and I was wondering. How do I prevent my fish from doing this? My sucker fish couldn't kill him, because he was eating a lot of uneaten food (over time, usually there's a little uneaten food per day, but the tetra doesn't eat the uneaten food.) So how do I prevent my fish from getting sucked into the vent that sucks the water? Sorry this question is long...
