So I've never done a debate before and my AP US History class is making me do one.
The topic is "should the constitution be ratified"
I'm the first negative speaker (i believe it should not be ratified)
I have to speak for 5 mins and I have no idea how I'm going to do that.
Am I supposed to write and memorized a speech?
