How do I prepare and cook a whole frozen perch?

I bought it whole (frozen) just to be adventurous. It looks like the whole fish is still intact (red skin, fins and head still on). I've never prepared a whole fish before and would like some tips and ideas to get started. Also, if anyone has a recipe for steaming it Asian/Chinese style, that would be great. I really need to know what parts I should be cutting off, how to clean and section it. Thanks!
