so i just got a new kawai rx2. and i was playing the pedals barefoot and now theyre completely not shiny on the pedal i used!!!! the other 2 are lke a mirror and this one is just dull! i read somewhere not to play barefoot because of oils that and pretarnish the brass... 
please help i neeed to restore the shininess....
