How do i play games from www.3roms.com?

I'm really confused as how to play the games that i download off 3roms.com. I extract them using winrar and everything but then when i try to play the GBA games on the VisualBoy Advance but it doesn't seem to work and only opens up a blank page with random percentages at the top.

Can anyone help me, maybe a step by step guide could help aswell.
