How do I play computer sounds into chats without using a mic?

I want to play this song and/or movie and I do not have a microphone, how could I still make my computer play it as it is a mic into the chat?

Without knowing your software or hardware setup, it's hard to say. On my computer with Windows Vista and a Creative sound card, I right click on the volume icon, click "recording devices", and select "What U Hear"
