I recently made a new PayPal account. I didn't realize that I had to "verify" my account before I could life my limits. I don't want to give anybody, including PayPal, my credit or debit card information, nor do I want to give my bank account information. This is also true for my Social Security Number. I want PayPal to know nothing of the sort about me. I can add money to PayPal account via some online offers and other ways. I simple want to use the money I receive to purchase some items on the Internet with PayPal. However, is it possible for me to receive that money and then use it online without verification of my PayPal account?
How do I pay on PayPal without verification of my account?
