How do I pay off my mom's house if something happens to her so I can still have a

building to sleep in? I'm 23 and just concerned a little. I am responsible and I do work just wondering how home owners usually pay for their homes cuz I never researched anything about that kind of stuff or how it works so I'm kind of like a novice as far as "getting established" part of living goes.
