M Mr.Help Guest Apr 28, 2009 #2 same way you paint anything remove the fork and accessories and tape off all surfaces you dont want paint on then sand smoth depending on the surface scratches start with work up to 320 grit wipe clean with prep sol, prime then paint good luck
