How do i paint an emperors champion like necron?

I'm entering a painting competition with an emperors champion and i wont to paint it like a necron crossed with a black templar but being new 2 40k i dont know how to do this could someone please help me whether it be written or video i dont care but help is greatly appreciated i only really want the helmet, the shoulder pads and the power pack done like a necron and is amour a bit of both if possible a picture would also be appreciated
