How do I over my coworkers gossiping at the clothing store I work at?

I currently work at a woman's retail clothing store. I've been working there for about a year now. Within that year, a lot of managers/employees came and left. There is a new assistant manager who is younger than me and I am only 23 years old who is such a gossiper. Along with her, the other two managers gossip with her as well. I know they talk about everyone including myself when I'm not there. When I am there, they talk about the other employees, but they act all friendly, joking around, having fun when they are actually working with those employees. I try not to get in involved. I just do my work, I try my best in whatever I do because I don't want to get into any of the gossip, but that assistant manager who is very outspoken puts me on the spot saying I am so serious or quiet. I am indeed on the quiet side, but I personally do not like her and I am not really the one to gossip or put a fake smile on with someone I don't really like. I hate everyone talking about each other especially about me. What do I do? I can't quit right now, because I can't find another job.
