How do I organize my binders and my backpack?

I keep losing papers. I have to binders. Both one and half inch. I just need help reorganizing them .
 
my teacher taught me the best way,
First make a table of contents and every line start numbering them
Second, everypage u add number it at the top with the same number its on , on the table of contents page.
Keep everything in order.
 
SO in your binder get those file organizers and put all your papers Let's say for math in one place. Organize those papers into most recent and throw away the ones that are more than 3 months old.
 
dividers would help... the trick is to only keep what u need... good luck :)
