How do I open the welcoming text from T-mobile on my Samsung E250?

I've just bought a Samsung E250 & T-mobile's sent me a text (which I assume is a "welcome to T-mobile" text) which I can't open. When I press "ok" it prompts me to "stop" which sometimes it says I'm "not allowed" to and sometimes it lets me. When it does let me, I just see information about it until I "retrieve" it when it goes back to how it was before. The "subject" is: "Make the most of T-mobile". It looks like it might be a video or something but I can't see how to view it, if it is.
