how do I open flash CS3 files (AS2) with only pictures in flash 8?

I long story short the computer with flash CS3 can open flash 8 files but the computer with flash 8 can't open CS3 files (AS2 even when they are saved with flash player 8 as "flash 8" files (it is an option).
