how do I open adobe flash player 10 after i installed it on adobe.com give me step by

step on how to open!?!? i installed adobe flash player 10 and active X SO MANY TIMES! but it wont open and i cant find it anywhere on my computer. i saved it buts its a box that says install and when i do that nothing happen! the box doesnt turn into a link just stays as that box! just tell me on how to open adobe flash player and i can live in peace
