How do I open a Full Screen game into a Window for Mac?

And so there's a new App store for the iMacs now, and I find it rather facisnating. But I want to know how to open my game into a window so it's not fullscreen, so I can like talk on msn or go on fb in the meantime? I've done it before with medival warriors game from the app store but i just cant remember how. There's nothing in-game on changing the settings but i remember right clicking the game somewhere and it said 'Open as window'.

Oh and i'm trying to do this on angry birds.
