how do i move a flash plugin to a directory i hav made?

i have this little computer called the XO 1(from olpc. look it up on google.). on this laptop i need to install EVERYTHING manually, and im having trouble moving the flash plug-in from the default directory to the directory i have created. it says that there is "no such file or directory" i need some help from one of those computer technician guys.
