How do I: Motorola Backflip: Happenings and Facebook linking?

Hey guys,

I got a couple of questions about the Motorola Backflip, any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. What is "Happenings" on the Motorola Backflip?

2. How do I link a contact to Facebook so if they post something I see it? I'm guessing this is where the Happenings come in but I don't see anything whenever I check it. Do I need to link their phone number to their Facebook profile? If so, how do I do it?
