how do i mix a three part paint system, its suzuki pearl vigour blue i know...

...the third part is is the clearcoat? ive got the paint, one tin is silver the 2nd is the blue, i know the silver goes on first but what thinners and ratio do i use, and do i add any flex additive with these coats or only with the clearcoat? and the same question with the blue colour.
