How do I mark a file as safe on Rogers Online Protection?

I play a game called maple story and I'm 100% sure its not a virus.
Rogers online protection quarantines the file and marks it as a trojan.
The only way i can play it is to close rogers online protection and play it.
When I click restore it quarantines the file again in two seconds.
So is there a way to mark this file as a safe file?
