How do i make this unique girl confess her feelings for me?

i met this unique girl and i am trying to make her confess her feelings for me.. i know she likes me too but she doesnt say how much she likes me.. she said "does it matter if my feelings for u increases or decreases? coz for me it doesnt".. personally i think for her there are only 2 answers.. yes or no.. and evrytime we talk about this things she would always say "no comment" .. i am definetely sure that she has feelings for me but i just want to know where should i place myself.. she is totally fine with me waiting for her to agree to be my gf but right now, she does not say anything about her feelings for me.. can anyone explain this to me?? and do u guys have any advice?? thanks =)
 
lol, it's coincidental since my friend had that dilemma with her girlfriend too. He said that his girlfriend doesn't really show affection towards him but I guess you shouldn't give up. I mean if you really want to know how she feels about you, probably ask her to talk to you and ask her like do you like me? or like tell her if you really like me, why don't you show that. Just be honest to her. But since you're a guy, you shouldn't be worrying much about who likes each other more because it'll just ruin the relationship. But if you want to keep this relationship in a good level, it's best if you can talk to her about this. I'm sure she'll understand
 
you can't make anyone talk about their feelings. thats a very personal thing, and if she isn't ready to share, don't push it. that will make her pull away.
