I want to make a layout for my account/user on a sim site, and I was wondering how to make this specific type of layout.

Basically I want it to be like those spiny type of layouts; there are boxes that are like in a circle arrangement and whenever you hover over one it spins to you, and then the other boxes are in lower opacity.
