it can depend on the type of phone, but 9 times out of 10 its all the same. 1st. Go to the location that the file was downloaded to, once you found that, move the file to your "My Documents", and from there you should be able to set it as your ringtone. make sure the file isnt to big, sometimes phones have size limits that will not allow you to set large files as ringtones.
