my headlights are whacked up. whenever i drive at night i always have a hard time seeing. the headlights do not cover the same distances. one is brighter wihile the other is dimmer. also, one of them points to the ground. I have also tried sanding it and it's still the same. moreover, my rearlights do not work as well. Only the one on the DRIVER's Side DOES NOT work. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt. What should i do?
