I have a soundbite on a DVD (a short cartoon clip) and I want to take a few seconds of it and make a 'text alert tone' for my mobile phone. It's a Nokia something, it was a freebie. I have internet access on the phone and could download the snippet of sound if I can save it somewhere on the web? Any ideas?
