how do i make my stereo work? i recently uninstalld my old stereo from my 1999 pontiac grand am and tryed to install a new one but when i was in the process of doing so some wires touched dont know which ones but i heard something blow, i changed sum fuses but still my stereo does not turn on and i thought it was the stereo but when i tryed to install the stock stereo it also did not work or turn on? the stock recently worked so i know there is something wrong. what do i do to fix the problem what do i need to look for?
