how do i make my sound louder?

ive got everything set on 100

i was just wondering is there anyway of getting it louder even when everything is set to full ??

For a pc btw not a car :P
 
Options:
1. Get a better sound card
Something like a creative labs xfi
2. Get a powered speaker system
3. Get headphones and a new sound card.
 
Your best option would be to buy a sound system for your computer
my personal suggestion would be Logitechs Z-5500
Its a slapper of a soundsystem for computer
