how do i make an HTML page on Mac OS?

after i figure out how to make one on a mac, i could use some help getting the page i made onto the actual internet. please help.

You just write HTML into a plain text editor. The program text-wrangler for the Mac is good.

Do you know HTML? If not you'll need to learn. I recommend htmldog.com

To get it on the internet you'll need a hosting provider. There are 'free' ad supported ones out there, but just pay the $5 a month and get a real one.
