I know the basic codes, bold, center, blah blah.
I'm just REALLY confused about how to make a code for a layout. Not a MySpace layout, or anything like that. Just a simple layout that originates from a picture with 3 or 4 sections for text, like: http://i645.photobucket.com/albums/uu178/TheDreaming/annieslayout-3.jpg

My friend's pretty good at layouts, but I've kind of lost contact with her... T~T; And I can't find any good websites that have step by step tutorials.
And obviously, I'm not a tech person... :|
