How do I make an "game" ID that looks and feels like a real "game" ID?

In true Final Fantasy Fanboyism, I (in my sad patheticness) want to make a Shinra ID card. I already have the design, but how do I print it out to make it look and feel like a "real" Shinra ID card? I need to know where to get the cards to make them (I'm making them for multiple people) and how to print them out. So there, how do I do it?

Reason? For some geeky club, and I was assigned to be the lacky.
