How do I make all my contacts have the same ring tone on a blackberry tour?

I have my phone set for one ringtone but when it rings its not the same ringtone I picked out. How do I get everyone to have the same ringtone when they call?
The carrier is US Cellular and its the blackberry tour 9630.
