u need a megaphone exhaust or a straighr through exhaust dont use a muffler

Just remove the 'baffle box' that's what makes it quieter.

Its would be easier to buy one as they are pretty tricky to make, but try taking all the baffles out of your current one, and even make it shorter.
why not also change the air box for a trick air filter, that will make it a lot louder to.

Why do people make their exhaust louder? What does it actually do? It's just a mere annoyance, well not so much stunt bikes I guess - but in general lol
Oh, it's best to buy one too... as you don't want to damage your exhaust needing to replace it

So, you want to make your stunt bike louder, you do realise of course that to remove baffles will also remove back pressure which will totally remove performance. You may well find that at some point when you require that snap power, it won`t be there, hospital beckons. Exhaust systems are specifically designed and tuned to match the engine. Perhaps your science teacher at school will be able to describe the physics to you.

Remove the exhaust pipe and then listen to how loud it is.
you can also drill holes in your exhaust pipe.
