how do i make a home made lift kit for a 1973 ford f150?

I know for a fact that E-series van springs will lift the front IE: E-350, but the bottom of the spring will need trimming, to fit. The rear needs spacer blocks and longer u-bolts, also the tracking arm and pittman arm needs to be longer, brake lines longer, and shocks longer. Good luck. Probably cheaper to buy the kit
 
some wooden blocks or cut up some old tires or just have a block of steel welded really look at lift kits and see what they look like and make one easy
