I want to enter the TSA Electronic Game Design competition, however my teachers are unable to supply me with a program to use. I need a Program that will Boot from nothing but a Cd, which seems to be the hardest part, the computer can have no added software installed. I truly don't want to spend more that $25 if possible on such a program but i would mind spending more. Can anyone help,ill be happy to answer any additional questions on my current problem. Thank You
