how do I make a children's book on Artemis and Orion's relationship?

i have to make a childrens book on artemis and orion. I chose the story on how artemis started to have feelings for orion but her brother apollo killed him because he was starting to get jealous, but now i dont know how to start my book and how to make my rough draft.
