I made a Halo 3 ODST helmet out of paper and scotch tape using Papakura. Of course there are gaps and 'holes' where the papers didnt always meet, wrinkles in the paper, unaligned perpendicular edges (2 papers were supposed to make a clean 90 degree ankle but one ended up being a over millimeters overlap), and scotch tape everywhere.
How would I make a cast mold (to make more replicase in the future) using this? I"m guessing first i have to make a solid original (fiberglass this paper/tape copy? make a whole new scuplture with clay?) Please help!
