How do I lower anxiety before talking to a girl I like?

There is a girl I like so much she is the sun that lights my earth and every time I'm going to talk to her my anxiety shoots up through the roof and I end up not saying anything and after the fact I beat myself up for it, pretty sure it's so bad is because I haven't really had a great track record with girls so that adds to my stress. Please help
