how do I load a game on DOSBox?

I downloaded Manfred Von Krashenbern's Flying Circus and I downloaded DOSBox, but I don't know how to load files onto it, or how I need to format the files, or any of it really. I haven't touched DOS since I was 5 and my dad always loaded it for me! I want to play my game! What do I need to do to play it?
