How do i Link my contacts to facebook with android 2.2 manually ot syncing?

i have a my touch slide from tmobile and its rooted to
android 2.2 for some reason the facebook app only link
some of my contacts . i mainly want the pictures to pop up .
i dont mind linking them manuelly is . is there any way
possible i could do that?

dont tell me to redownload the facebook for android and start
all over because it doesnt work. i really wanna link them manually because
i dont want to change there names in my contact list .

please help . serious people only . im really stressed about this lol .
