how do i learn to trust my boyfriend?

my boyfriend and i hav been together for a year now but hes moving to a different state n we are going to try a long distance relationship but i have so many issues with trusting him. i get jealous to the point where i just fall apart and i just learned tht my ex just cheated on my best friend so in my head i jus thnk tht hes like everydudem and a lot of dudes are pigs so tht makes me even mor jealous. he hasnt really ever done anythng to ruin my trust eccept for a few situations where he lied to me in the begining of our relationship but the trust thing has gotten so bad tht hes told me tht im acting selfish and if i cant trust him thn he dusnt kno wats gonna happen and he keeps telling me how faithful he is but i just dont know how to just trut him more and lose the jealousy, PLZ PLZ PLZ HELP
