I'm 19 years old and in college. Lately I have been feeling really off. Some of my symptoms included, nausaua, headache, lower back tension. I'm hoping that I'm not pregnant.I got my period in the beginning of March but it only last 3 days-which is not a long time for me-but I didnt think anything about it. Then I went to lunch with a friend of mine and had a smell sensitivity-I got a wiff of my sandwich and thought I was going to throw up-since that I have been concerned. My boyfriend and I are very careful about using a condom and I'm on birth control. We did have one night that we did not use a condom, but since then I had my 3 day period.I dont know if im okay to take a pregnancy test or if it is too early.Any suggestions on what to do would be great.

.The pill isn`t 100% there is still lke a 5-6% chance of becoming pregnant,Either that you are pregnant or you have a Yeast/bladder infection, those can change your period too, stress could also be a factor......Good Luck!

Pregnancy tests are generally accurate at least 5 to 7 days after a missed period. If the bleeding you had at the beginning of the month was implantation bleeding rather than your period, a test should be accurate at this point.

The odds of you being pregnant are very slim, especially if you are on birth control and he uses a condom. Even if he didn't use a condom 1 time, I think you are pretty safe.
