How do I know if my used car has satellite radio?

I purchased a used 2007 Chevrolet HHR and was wondering how I can determine if my vehicle has a factory installed satellite radio? When I press the CAT button it says XM services. Does that mean this radio is equipped to have XM radio??
I wanted to add, it only has the one antenna on the front of the vehicle.
 
It should, does it have a little black antenna on the roof by the windshield? The antenna will be approximately 3 1/2 inches and about 1 inch or so tall. I'm not sure if the little black antenna is for OnStar....... My 2008 has both.

On the XM band there should be at least one station that is transmitting as an XM ad to get you to subscribe. Set it on XM and let it search for a station.
