Is my TV broken?
I have a 50 inch Vizio plasma TV and when i turn it on it start blinking really lightly. you can hear the volume and it changes but you cant see anything its just blinking lightly.
So if you've had this problem or know of this please tell me.
If it is broken can it be fixed?
